The call forward pre-notification message is great so I can prepare for the incoming customer call from the specific business being solicited. Great tool that has given my business flexibility and saved me costs from hiring answering services or staff. Satisfied customer so far

There's truly no product out on the market that does what GBPN can do, especially for the price! Great customer service.

GBPN.com is amazing!

Great service to add an additional business phone number to an existing phone, and keep them separate.

six stars if I could!

I Love it! I had reservations at first because I thought it would be too complicated and would take too much time away from my business to use, but it was just the opposite! I'm happy to have a separate line for my business with all it's perks organized in one place.

Kaitlin provided me with great customer service very detailed and informative. I love the emails with directs to help you along the way. You even receive a welcome call to help you with getting acclimated to using the service and all its wonderful useful features. I love using the phone number being directed to your personal cell no need for multiple phones because it is a greet screening tool to know when your business has a call instead of thinking you need to answer every call. The app and the website are user friendly. This is a must have for a small business.

Good

I love it a lot especially that fact that i can call back by going on the site. I can check voicemail, and I can call back . This means that I monitor who the callers are if I miss a phone call.

Too many glitches. Not worth the price.

The phone calls got disconnected when before I can connect the call.

Quick, simple, and fast! Win Win 👍🏽

I am amazed - I had a vanity number with another market for my business - they do not compare. I honestly believe I will look into the recommendation they have for further help. About the app , it works easily and perfect. Simple to use. Really enjoy it.

Just added service today, and I say it extremely easy to setup, and also, received a call from GBPN. They were very professional in explaining the features. I will recommend to other friends I know.
